We value customer feedback and reviews. If you are not satisfied with the taste of our product, please contact us within 14 calendar days and we will refund your money.

When returning goods, the Buyer must comply with the following conditions:

- to return or exchange goods, first contact us at: eshop@nutvila.lt and indicate the reason for return / exchange;

- the returned product must be in its original, neat packaging;

- the returned product must be in the same condition as received by the Buyer;

- the returned product must be clean;

- the shelf life of the returned product must not be expired.
