Nutvila uses only the finest almonds available. They are dry roasted and milled with nothing else added to create this wonderfully rich-tasting almond butter. Oil separation occurs naturally. While refrigeration of this product isn't necessary if stirring is something you wish to minimize, stir and then refrigerate. - Made of 100% nuts
